BORROWER INFORMATION
A library card is required to check out all materials. A card for
adults may be obtained by filling out an application. Children under 14 must have a parent or guardian sign their
application. Library cards are now barcoded and can be used in Steuben, Yates, Chemung, Schyler, and Allegany county
libraries. A new barcoded card can be obtained at the Library.
Materials not on a shelf can be reserved, and materials not in the
Library's collection can be interloaned through the Southern Tier Library System.
